Clarke & Simpson are an established successful chartered surveyors and estate agency. Their name is synonymous with professionalism, personal service and attention to detail. We had the job of bringing consistency to their brand whilst breathing life into every consumer touchpoint.
We worked closely initially with all the members of staff and then partners to deliver our solution; a new considered marque, a simplified colour palette and a tone of voice which pushed their values to the front of everything they do. This brand refresh has culminated in delivering comprehensive brand guidelines enabling Clarke & Simpson to produce day to day property details and adverts with consistency and ease.
