Landex are a regional developer who wanted to create an umbrella brand with sub brands sitting comfortably underneath allowing them to communicated different messages to different audiences with a consistent look and tone of voice. This tone had to be friendly, approachable and reflect their character and values. The brand has strength and stand out (with a little added extra of a 'hidden' house). This was then lovingly applied to livery, stationery, signage and a fully content managed website which you can view here.
